The job of a classroom teacher is to plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential.
REPORTS TO: Principal

SUPERVISES: Paraprofessionals, if assigned by principal

EVALUATION: Job performance will be evaluated annually in
accordance with school board policy

SALARY: In accordance with the McDuffie County Board of Education salary schedule

QUALIFICATIONS:

 A Bachelors Degree or higher from an accredited institution

 A Valid GA Teaching Certificate -Mathematics (6-12)

 The Board of Education reserves the right to accept equivalent qualifications, as the Board may deem appropriate and acceptable.
