District officials have continued to track the incoming weather conditions. Due to the forecast of winter precipitation and sub-freezing temperatures causing travel concerns, the McDuffie County School System will enact a “Learn from Home Day” on Wednesday, January 22, 2025. Students received assignments and instructions on Friday and prior to leaving school on January 21. Any additional updates will be shared through One-Call notification, the system website and social media accounts, as well as local media outlets.
